Customer Service
Once you place your order with Solar Essence we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for one our our technical surveyors to visit.
They will double check the feasibility for you new solar system & answer any further questions you may have. Your order will then be released to our one of our installation centre’s for product procurement and/or manufacture where they will arrange a date with you for installation.
All our installers work directly for us on PAYE so we have total control over the quality of the work. They will arrive in SolarEssence vans & have all the necessary SolarEssence tools, access equipment & even a vacuum cleaner to complete the job as efficiently & cleanly as possible.
Should you have a service issue then we promptly arrive to rectify any fault.
