When your installation has been completed and your payment received in full, your warranty will commence.
Our Warranties incorporate three levels of protection:
- Installation quality and standards warranty provided by SolarEssence upon the Installation Services.
- Various Manufacturers Warranties providing additional cover upon the actual product installed.
- Deposit and Advance Payment insurance which you can extend to insure our installation services, this has been set up through REAL and administered by Warranty Services Ltd.
Periods do vary between different system types and components used, full details of guarantees and warranty period are provided at time of quotation.
Our installation warranty is provided free of charge and is in addition to your statutory rights.
