Terms of Ambassador Scheme
What is the Ambassador Scheme?
Our Ambassador Scheme gives prospective customers the opportunity to claim or earn back the cost of their Renewable Energy System. To benefit from the scheme we ask you to:
- To permit the erection & display of an advertising board at the front/back/side of the Customer’s property for 4 weeks from the date of installation.
- To allow photographs to be taken of the installation of Solar Essence products & to permit use of such photographs in any promotion material.
- To write a letter within the first year of installation to describe their experience. This could focus on level of service, satisfaction or performance.
- To feature if requested in our Ambassador Scheme case studies. This may involve a web placement or magazine insert.
How do I claim or earn money back?
Under the Ambassador Scheme all customers have the opportunity to recommendation potential New Customers. Marketing is expensive for any company and we are no exception. Because of this we find the best form of marketing is by word of mouth and recommendation. Let us help you save money on your investment by you helping us. Tell your friends about us and earn commission!
What are the benefits if I recommend?
- £25 for every potential new customer you recommend whom we can visit to offer them a quotation.
- An extra £225 for every potential new customer you recommend who purchases and installs a Solar Essence System.
- NO LIMIT to the number of recommendations.
- Recommend 6 new customers* and we will refund the cost of your system up to the value of £8000.00.
Terms & Conditions of Ambassador Scheme and Referral Offer
Any refund up to £8000.00 will be made taking into account any £25.00 or £225.00 amounts you may have already received. For example, if your system cost £9000.00 and you had already received £1125.00 from 5 customers you have recommended who also purchased and installed a system plus £150 from 6 successful quotations we had provided, then on the sixth customer you recommend who purchases and installs a system you would receive £6725.00.
Any qualifying quotation must involve a site visit to the relevant property for which we consider an installation would be suitable or feasible. The decision on whether a property is suitable or feasible for an installation lies absolutely with Solar Essence. Any recommendation we receive must have come directly from you as first point of contact. You must provide the potential new customers name, address and contact telephone number. We must be able to provide on on-site quotation within 2 weeks of your recommendation, and any acceptance of the quotation must have been made within a further 2 weeks. No recommendation will be valid if your recommended new customer contacted us first by any means whatsoever.
An existing customer can of course come back to us for future work, or additional systems for themselves. In effect recommending themselves. However this will NOT qualify under this scheme. In this case we will offer a standard £250 reduction in the system cost at the time of quotation. This will not count towards the £8000 refund offer.
Any £225.00 recommendation will become payable when the recommendation has had the system installed and has paid in full. Qualifying recommendations include all solar thermal systems, solar pv systems, replacement boilers & air source heat pumps. No other products or services including our ecomaster range of products fall under the promotion.
Once you have achieved a refund up to the value of £8000.00 through the promotion you may start again and attain further commission and further refund amount under the terms as shown here. There is no limit on the number of times you may do this. The recommendation and refund scheme will remain valid until such time as Solar Essence may withdraw the promotion at its sole discretion.
